TSLRIC price review determination for UCLL and Unbundled Bitstream Access in New Zealand

The Commerce Commission of New Zealand mandated TERA Consultants to undertake price reviewing principles for two major access products in the local market: Unbundled Copper Local Loop and Unbundled Bitstream Access services.
