Sharing and passing on our knowledge is part of TERA’s DNA. Experts, directors and consultants are regular lecturers at university level in Masters in economics and management or as speakers at conferences on the methods and tools we use for the highly complex issues that companies and public institutions face.
Our natural ability to share our knowledge extends to our training sessions on operational topics. For example, leading a concentration deal in distribution, how to calculate economic damages, margin squeeze tests in competition law and regulation, etc.) or more strategic and general subjects (The Internet of objects: a revolution in business models, competition law upended by the GAFA, tomorrow’s TV, etc.).
Training sessions are for companies as well as national or international regulatory bodies. These sessions can be organised in clients’ premises in France or outside of France, or in TERA’s offices. TERA is based in the centre of Paris and has its own auditorium equipped for 50 people.
Sessions are always personalised for our clients’ needs and deliverables meet the audience level and skills they need to acquire. Our sessions include pedagogical documents and an in-depth bibliography on the subject at hand.
Examples of seminars: Internet and distribution (Carrefour), modelling methods to allocate costs for regulated services (SNCF), cost allocation between general economic interest services and competitive activities (General and financial control, Ministry of economics and finance, France), new evaluation methods for economic damage (Bouygues SA), Internet of Things and the revolutionary business model (Zuora), the future of digital economic regulation (Etisalat), tomorrow’s television: opportunities and threats (group TF1).
