TERA offers training on ‘Services of General Economic Interest and Competition’
Training at the General Economic and Financial Council (CGEFI) of the French Ministry of Finance.
As part of the implementation of compliance programs in agencies where the State exercises its economic control, TERA Consultants conducted training for members of the General Council of Economic and Finance (CGEFI) at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. The purpose of the training was to explain good pricing practices for competitive commercial services provided by actors who have also been providing Services of General Economic Interest (SGEI). Up-to-date knowledge of relevant costs and fair prices is indeed essential in light of the judgments by the Court of Appeals (France) in the case of the “Vedettes vendéennes” and the judgment by the European Court of Justice of 12 March 2012 in the case of Post Denmark.
