Laurent Benzoni, President and Founder of TERA Consultants, was interviewed by Gulf Times on the potential of information technology in Qatar.
The interview took place during the 2014 Telecommunications Regulatory Conference organized by ictQATAR, the national authority of regulation. TERA Consultants was invited to the conference and Laurent Benzoni gave a presentation on the challenges and opportunities for services from the next generation networks.
