Guillaume holds an Engineering degree from Centrale-Supélec, a degree in Physics from Saclay University, a Masters in Economics from Paris Sciences Lettres (Dauphine University) and a PhD in Economics from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. He is a member of the Centre de recherche en économie et droit (CRED). At TERA, Guillaume works on cost modelling for regulated sectors (rail transport, telecoms, etc.) on competition cases (electricity, online gaming), the production of business plans and the application of econometric methods for a wide variety of purposes. Guillaume mobilises and constantly improves his formal skills in relation to the economic theory of regulation and competition.
