Spectrum needs in France for 2020
TERA Consultants conducted an estimation of spectrum needs for electronic and audio-visual communications in France for 2020 on behalf of the French Directorate for Competitiveness, Industry and Services (DGCIS) and the Directorate General of Media and Cultural Industries (DGMIC). The results of the report served as a basis to establish the French government’s position for the ITU’s World Radio Communication Conference 2012 (WRC-12).
