TERA regularly recruits consultants who have graduated from leading engineering and universities (X, Mines, Centrale, ENSAE, HEC, ESSEC, etc.). We favour candidates with a dual scientific and economic training.

For Senior consultant and Manager openings, we prefer a previous consulting experience of 4 years (audit or strategy) or industrial (regulatory/ business development/ audit management /business plan/ economics).

TERA regularly hires engineers and economists for their final internship, and students in economic research programs (PhD programs).
