DIGICEL is awarded 181 million euros in damages with the help of TERA’s economic assistance

DIGICEL (ex. BOUYGUES TELECOM CARAIBE) filed a claim for reparation of the prejudices endured, and was granted conservative measures in 2004, confirmation via decision handed down by the Competition Authority regarding the legal backdrop (n°09-D-36) in 2009, and further confirmed by a ruling of the Court of Cassation in 2015.

TERA Consultants assists ComReg in drafting the decision on price control of non-geographical numbers

TERA Consultants helped the Irish Telecommunications Regulator (ComReg) draft the decision on price control of non-geographical numbers. TERA assisted ComReg by carrying out a study to determine the cost of calling non-geographic numbers.
