DIGICEL (ex. BOUYGUES TELECOM CARAIBE) filed a claim for reparation of the prejudices endured, and was granted conservative measures in 2004, confirmation via decision handed down by the Competition Authority regarding the legal backdrop (n°09-D-36) in 2009, and further confirmed by a ruling of the Court of Cassation in 2015.
