BIPT renews its confidence in TERA
TERA Consultants has been chosen by BIPT (Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications) to evaluate the net cost of the universal postal service and an impact study on the cost of the universal telecommunications service to raise minimum speed for Internet access.
