Belgium: CRC published its decision regarding the market analysis of broadband and television broadcasting
TERA Consultants carried out the economic studies regarding the market analysis of broadband and television broadcasting of CRC.
Following the go-ahead from the European Commission, the Conference of the Belgian Regulators (CRC*) published, on June 29, 2018, its decision regarding the market analysis of broadband and television broadcasting. TERA Consultants had assisted the IBPT with the realization of economic analysis used in this decision: calculation of cross-elasticity, critical loss test, definition of the relevant markets, etc. This decision opens-up the way to the evolution of these contracts in Belgium.
